Practical support for understanding your patterns, regulating your emotions, strengthening your relationships, and creating change that actually holds up in real life.
I work with adults and teens through anger management and emotional regulation education, integrative life coaching, communication and relationship skills, and personal growth work. Individual sessions are currently offered virtually, with select groups available in person.
For those completing a family-court requirement, structured anger management education is also available with completion documentation.
Anger Management &
Emotional Regulation
Understand the reaction. Build a better response
Anger can be loud, but it is not always the whole story. Beneath it may be frustration, fear, hurt, shame, feeling disrespected, or the sense that something important is being threatened. Learning to manage anger starts with recognizing the reaction without letting it make the decision for you.
We’ll work on identifying triggers, understanding what drives your responses, regulating emotional intensity, communicating more clearly, and developing practical ways to handle conflict without either exploding or shutting down.
The goal isn’t to stop feeling anger. It’s to have more choice in what you do with it.

Personal Growth &
Alignment Coaching
Clarity is useful. Alignment is what changes how you live.
You can know what you want to change and still find yourself repeating the same patterns. Sometimes the issue is not a lack of insight, but the gap between what you value and the habits, beliefs, boundaries, or relationships that keep pulling you in another direction.
Coaching creates space to examine those patterns more clearly, define what actually matters to you, and turn that awareness into practical choices. We may work with identity, values, self-talk, boundaries, decision-making, relationships, habits, and the beliefs that influence how you respond to life.
The goal is not to become someone else. It is to live with greater intention as the person you are choosing to become.
Communication & Relationship Skills
Say what matters without losing the connection.
Many relationship problems are not caused by a lack of care. They grow out of defensiveness, assumptions, unclear boundaries, poor listening, avoidance, escalation, or the difficulty of expressing needs without turning the conversation into a fight.
This work focuses on practical communication skills that help you listen more accurately, speak more clearly, recognize conflict patterns, set healthier boundaries, and stay more intentional when conversations become emotionally charged.
The goal is not to eliminate conflict. It is to handle it in a way that protects both honesty and connection.
Family Court Anger Management Education
Structured education. Practical skills. Clear documentation.
This program is designed for individuals completing an anger management requirement through family court. The focus is not simply on satisfying a requirement, but on developing practical skills that can improve how you respond to conflict, stress, frustration, and emotionally charged situations.
Sessions address anger awareness, emotional regulation, communication, accountability, triggers, conflict patterns, and healthier ways of responding when emotions run high. Completion documentation is provided at the end of the program.
This service is specifically for family-court requirements and should not be represented as criminal-court certification or approval.
Not Sure Where to start?
You don’t need to know exactly which service fits before reaching out. Tell me a little about what you’re dealing with, what you’d like to change, or any requirements you need to meet, and we can determine the most appropriate next step.
Session structure and pricing can vary depending on the type of support, program length, and whether you’re working individually or as part of a group.
